This one has a light chocolaty taste. It’s great by itself, in a shake or a cafe latte instead of milk ! Yum


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Raw Cacao or 2 tsp. Epicure Pure Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp. organic maple syrup or Epicure Canadian Maple Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Epicure Vanilla Extract or 1 vanilla bean in tact
  • Dash Epicure Sea Salt

I used to use sugar-free maple syrup.... until I came to the realization that there’s a lot of chemicals in them!


I now serve with Pure Organic Maple syrup or apple sauce. YUM!


Ingredients:



  • 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, dry
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or homemade vanilla from The Bikini Model Cookbook
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/4 banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Ingredients:



  • 1 1/4 cup of stir fry
  • 1 lbs scallops
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup eggplant, chopped about 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, julienned 1 green pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon grass, chopped, or 1 tbsp lemon rind, grated
  • 2 Thai chili peppers or jalapenos, chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 5-6 kaffir leaves, optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

I like to mix up my shakes…I will sometimes use water or almond milk for liquid, either yogurt or dry curd cottage cheese for protein, and any kind of fruit…my fav is blueberries because they are super high in antioxidants. I sometimes use bananas and spinach in my shakes as well YUM!

  • 1/3 cup dry curd cottage cheese

Have you had your water this morning?!


I try and drink 2 full cups of water before I start my day. When I do this consistently I notice a change in my skin. Brighter, healthier younger looking skin and I notice this right away.
 
Try having 2 cups of water to re hydrate first thing in the morning... then have breakfast. Let me know if you notice any changes this week
